The act of submitting the manuscript signifies that it has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. The acquisition and submission of all necessary written permissions, including authorization to cite material from another publication, are the obligations of the author. After the paper has been accepted for publication, authors are obligated to provide the completed "Copyright Transfer Form" for signature and submission. A publishing agreement between the author and Journal of Fauna Biodiversity establishes this. Potentially included among these are the rights to communicate, distribute, and publish online. The work is protected by the copyright of the authors. The Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY), which is utilized by Journal of Fauna Biodiversity, is among the most permissive CC licenses when it comes to publishing scientific articles. The authors retain the copyright for any open access articles published in journals affiliated with Journal of Fauna Biodiversity.

The authors authorize Journal of Fauna Biodiversity to publish the article under the condition that it be credited as the original publisher.

Preserve trademark and patent rights
